Building value through partnerships.

Current macroeconomic conditions, regulations, labour shortages and increasing demand can stretch domestic and home care services operators to their limit. They must juggle the realities of driving short-term successes whilst delivering strategies and investments that will ensure action on sustainability, securing the long-term survival of the sector. At the same time, there is a massive opportunity for domestic and home care services providers to work with many partners, leading them to develop new services offers. In particular, that includes hospitals, insurance companies, Healthtech companies or even tourism stakeholders. How do you build trust? How do you create a genuine win/win with new partners? Thanks to a series of case studies this second session will outline partners’ needs, lessons learned and key actions to partner better.

Q&A session of 20 minutes with the audience.
